Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high quality drycleaning and laundry services at a reasonable cost to our customers. To obtain this goal we are constantly looking into the new methods of cleaning as well as all of the alternative solvents that are on the marketplace today. We use DF2000 as our drycleaning solvent. DF2000 is a carbon based solvent that is on the marketplace as an alternative to perchloroethylene, commonly referred to as perc. DF2000 is friendlier to your clothes and the environment. This makes us one of the few drycleaners in our area that are 100% green. For our wet washing and commercial laundry we use an exclusive line of Sanitone products. We are the ONLY cleaner in Lancaster County who uses the Sanitone line. Their products are some of the best on the market.
In the past few years we have taken multiple steps to invest in our customers' clothing. We are one of the first drycleaners on the East coast to buy and use a conveyor system made by Metal Progetti. This state of the art piece of equipment automatically reads the barcoded label we place in the garment to tell us who the garment belongs to, thus reducing the amount of clothing being handed out to wrong customers. The barcodes also allow us to track the age and number of cleanings for each individual garment.
For our commercial laundry, we have replaced all of our old pressing equipment with Sankosha shirt units. These units provide a high quality pressed shirt in a very streamlined fashion. When the presser places a shirt on these units properly, the shirt rarely needs "touched up" thus reducing the amount of hands on labor involved.
We are members of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania and Delaware Cleaners Association, and most importantly the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute International, formerly known as the International Fabricare Institute. D.L.I. is an international trade association for garment care professionals. The organization is made up of cleaners, manufacturers, and suppliers whose goals are to keep each other informed of legislative policies and changes, education and training, and of breakthrough cleaning techniques and/or products. The P.D.C.A. tackles some of the same jobs as D.L.I. however they do so on a smaller scale involving a more localized contigent. Both of these organizations help us achieve our goal of trying to be the best in the cleaning industry. Please click on any of the links below to learn more about our affiliates and suppliers.

Clean Enterprises is a family owned and operated drycleaning & laundry business that has been doing business for over 30 years. Betty Temple bought Clean Enterprises a year after it was open for business and grew it from a one storefront business with some localized delivery routes to the multi-store and multi-route business that it is today. Currently we have 7 stores in Lancaster County and 1 store in northern Maryland, as well as numerous routes throughout Lancaster, Chester, and Cecil (MD) counties and the Harrisburg area.
